Experience
John R. Barr has spent
the past 40 years establishing his practice in
administrative law, business law, real estate, land use
and development law. During those years, John has
established a network of unique and valuable contacts
with key government and industry decision makers,
enabling him to work efficiently behind the scenes,
advancing the interests of his clients.
Fred L. Coover, known to
all as “Chip,” has spent over 25 years building a highly
respected practice with an emphasis in real estate and
construction law; business law and litigation; local
land use and zoning law; divorce and custody law, and
general civil litigation before all courts throughout
the central Maryland region.
